Ms. Goldberg graduated from University of Michigan Law School in 2010. She was an Adjunct Professor for 1 year following graduation at Adrian College. She then worked as a Staff attorney at the Midwest Innocence Project. From 2013-2016, she was an Assistant Public Defender in Missouri, conducting felony and misdemeanor trials and hearings for a caseload of 140 adult and juvenile clients. She then worked as a Staff Attorney at the Bronx Defenders for 6 years, representing adolescent clients in all aspects of trial litigation in Bronx County Supreme Court and Family Court. She was promoted to Director of the Adolescent Defense Project in 2022. In 2024, Ms. Goldberg became a Staff Attorney at A Better Childhood.
