Ms. Benedetto graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. From 2017 to 2018 she worked as a litigation associate concentrating in civil litigation and complex commercial disputes. In 2018, she became a staff attorney at A Better Childhood. Ms. Benedetto has been a key driver of many of our cases throughout the history of ABC’s organization, especially working on the Oregon case since joining ABC in 2018, including throughout the investigation phase. In 2022, she was promoted to the position of Senior Staff Attorney. Ms. Benedetto also works on ABC’s cases in Mississippi, Indiana, and Alaska.
